Hi my name is Michelle. I am Dr. Patels Receptionist.

We are in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:00-12:00 and 2:00-5:00pm; and 8:00 to 12:00 noon on Thursday and Friday.

Dr. Patel is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, and Sleep Medicine. We see patients with various pulmonary and sleep problems, viz., asthma, allergies, COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, chest pain etc.

For new patient appointments, we request that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out papers and plese bring your insurance card(s) and drivers license for us to make a photo copy.
